Hotel Hermitage is located on the beautiful sandy bay Biodola and surrounded by lush vegetation of a Tuscan National Park. It was built in the early 1950s, in a small fishing village, by the Genoese aristocrat Paolo De Ferrari, who literally fell in love at first sight with the crystal clear sapphire-blue water in the beautiful bay of Biodola and its unpolluted natural environment.

Accommodation: Each room is decorated in a Mediterranean style and has its own terrace or balcony, which is decorated with geraniums and other luxuriantly flowering plants. The hotel provides all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay to anyone visiting.

Amenities and activities: The hotel offers 3 pools with seawater, luxury sports facilities including a 9-hole golf course and a spa. The more active way of spending free time includes jogging, playing tennis, volleyball or soccer. Guests who primarily want to relax, can go to pilates. Hotel Hermitage also allows guests to rent a boat, snorkeling or scuba diving lessons (for an additional fee). Children have their own playground and a beach area and a mini club (for children).
