Sabi Sand Reserve, which took its name from the two rivers flowing within its borders, is a veritable oasis of life. It is these two rivers – and Sabi Sand that never dry up and are a rich source of water – enabling wildlife to survive in the area.

Huge spaces of wooded savannah with acacia forests enveloping the river became home to herds of buffalo, elephants and lions. It is also a place rich in many species of antelope, vigilantly watched over by the majestic leopards. During one’s stay in the Sabi Sand Reserve, guests will also be able to meet white rhinos, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes and zebras, and a wealth of birds.

Guests will enjoy the incredible richness of life, while venturing from one of the three camps on safari – early morning or after dark, traversing the reserve in an open Land Rover off-road vehicle, as well as wandering in the bush on foot. Ebony camp
On the banks of the Sand River, in the heart of the Sabi Sand Reserve, the Ebony camp was built.
