Day 1. Beijing
After arriving around noon to Beijing Guests will be greeted by a guide and transported to the hotel Presidential Plaza, where you will spend three nights. In the afternoon we venture into the capital of China, will visit the Summer Palace, and go on a sailing cruise on Lake Kunming. Dinner is served in a traditional Chinese restaurant.

Day 2. Beijing
The whole day is spent exploring the city. After breakfast, you will see the Tiananmen – Tiananmen Square, the former fifteenth-century imperial palace in the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. During the tour you will be served lunch, after which guests will pay a visit to the Temple of Heaven. In the evening they go out to dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 3. Beijing
After breakfast a guide will take guests on a day trip to Badaling, to observe the best preserved fragments of a 6,350 km. stretch of the famous Great Wall of China. Then the Sacred Way will lead guests to the tombs of the Ming Dynasty. In the evening at a Chinese restaurant gala dinner. The meals of the day also include lunch served on the way to the tombs.

Day 4. Beijing – Lijiang
A local guide will take guests to the airport, from where they will fly to a city located high on the border with the Tibet mountain town of Lijiang – the former capital of the kingdom of the Naxi people. In Lijiang guests will be greeted by the local guide and transported to another five-star hotel Guan Fang for the night. In the afternoon, a scheduled tour of the best preserved old town in China, which because of the maze of narrow streets intersected by canals is called Chinese Venice. After visiting a local restaurant dinner will be served, after which the tour participants will see the local famous Naxi Old People Band play. The meals of the day include a breakfast and lunch and dinner.

Day 5. of Lijiang – Zhongdian
After breakfast, guests will be able to enjoy the morning on Black Dragon Pond in the wonderful historic Chinese garden, full of quiet temples and beautiful flowers. After the stroll guests will travel to the town of Zhongdian, also known as Shangri-La. Along the way, they will stop in the village of Stone Drum to watch the first bend of the Yangtze River and magnificent Tiger Leaping Gorge. When you reach your destination with the aid of a local guide, you will be transported on two consecutive nights to the picturesquely located luxury hotel Banyan Tree Ringha, which was inspired by the builders of Tibetan culture. During the trip guests will be given lunch and in the evening at the hotel – dinner in a western style.

Day 6. Ringha
That day, after breakfast, guests heading out for a day of sightseeing the town of Ringha, the most important monastery, surrounded by villages and the old town and market in Zhongdian. It is worth mentioning that James Hilton who in the novel “Lost Horizon” (1933) presented an Oriental utopia of Shangri-La, most likely drew inspiration just from Paradise City Zhongdian environment. The meals of the day include, in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner in a local restaurant.

Day 7. Zhongdian – Kunming – Shanghai
Guests will be driven to the airport and will fly to Kunming, where they will change planes for flight to Shanghai. A half-day city tour includes the major tourist attractions: People’s Square, the famous waterfront Bund, Shanghai Museum and the interesting street Nanjing. During the tour guests will be served lunch. Two consecutive nights in Shanghai in the five-star Howard Johnson Plaza. Dinner – takes place on top of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, where you can enjoy the evening panorama of the city.

Day 8. Shanghai
The whole day is devoted to visiting Shanghai. After breakfast, guests will visit the beautiful, centuries-old traditional Chinese Yu Yuan Garden and the adjacent bustling market and the Jade Buddha Temple. During the break, sightseeing and tours, participants will be served lunch. In the evening, watch the mastery of the Shanghai Acrobatic Troupe as they perform a show, then will go to a local restaurant for dinner.

Day 9. departure from Shanghai
After breakfast, guests will be driven to the airport and will fly to Poland (stopover at one of European airports).
