Day 1.
Arriving at Mfuwe airport, welcome by a local representative, transportation to the camp Puku Ridge Tented Camp in South Luangwa National Park.

Puku Ridge Camp is an extremely comfortable camp. Located on its premises are luxuriously equipped tents, they are extremely picturesquely situated among the trees and each of them offers a beautiful a view of the fertile area of Kakumbi Dambo. They provide an ideal base for watching wildlife. During the two nights at Puku Ridge Camp guests will have the opportunity to visit several times the most beautiful Zambian parks – Luangwy. Expeditions are held in four wheel drive cars or on foot, with an experienced guide.

Day 2.
Another day spent on safari on the backwaters of the park and watching the game including among others; elephants, lions, leopards, wild dogs, Buffalo and giraffes. Overnight in camp, Puku Ridge.

Day 3.
After an early breakfast departure from the camp in the company of a local guide and guardian to a private reserve Chibembe (about 4 – 5 hours). Upon arrival the Luangwa River, Southern lunch at a picnic. After the meal, the expedition involving crossing across the river in a so-called ‘banana boat’ and start 2-3 hour walk to the camp Mbulu.

Mbulu area Kasansanya is on this side of the river, a tributary Luangwy. Resting in the shade of spreading shade. This place is ideal for watching leopards, antelope and eland colony of scarlet bee-eaters (Carmine bee-eater) – rare species of birds, as well as walks in the vicinity of the Luangwa Waffa, rich in birds and rare species of fauna and flora. Overnight in the camp of Mbulu, under the shade of the big ebony trees.

Day 4.
After breakfast and after dinner consecutive walks and exploring the secrets of the area. Overnight in the camp of Mbulu.

Day 5.
After an early, light breakfast, a trip to Kasansanya (Kasansanya in the local language means “flowing water”). This second camp on the route of the exciting expedition which is an equally picturesque and attractive location as the previous one – right on the river Kasansaya, but a little closer to the mainstream Luangwy. The proximity of the river provides the opportunity to observe different species of rare birds and herds of buffaloes and lions preying on them. More interesting trail walks will include baobab trees and into the lagoon, inhabited by hundreds of hippos. Overnight in the camp Kasansaya.

Day 6.
After breakfast leave for a 5-hour game drive toward the next camp – Chichele Presidential Lodge. During the ride, participants receive a meal in the form of packed lunches. Chichele camp is situated on a hill and enjoys an outstanding reputation; it is considered one of the best in Zambia. The extremely spacious suites are fully air-conditioned and furnished in a luxury hunting house. An overnight stay in this camp is the culmination of the entire Zambian safari adventure.

Day 7.
After an early breakfast and a morning safari. transportation to Mfuwe airport, where the expedition will fly to Lusaka or a longer journey.
