Serenus Luxury Villa is set upon a ridge over the Ionian Sea, overlooking Marathonisi Island with a magnificent unobstructed view of the azure blue sea. The villa is built upon a hillside and is situated in a natural pine and fir forest, on a terrain of approximately 10,000 square meters, providing an environment of peace, tranquillity and privacy. The Villa’s architecture makes the most of the abundant light and space. It is a two-storey air-conditioned building with elevator and can accommodate 10 to 12 persons. The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, ‘captain’s corner’ sitting area, a luminous large kitchen with granite floor, a storeroom, guests’ WC and a guest room for 2 persons with twin beds, shower and WC. There is also a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea. The upper floor consists of 4 guest rooms, one with stone fireplace. 2 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi and ladies’ boudoir. 2 other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi. All 4 bedrooms open out onto large terraces with fantastic views of Laganas Bay and Marathonisi Island. On the same floor guests can find a small gym and a room for spa treatments.
