Localization: Guests are taken directly from Providenciales International Airport to COMO Parrot Cay by boat. A 50-minute journey in total, it involves a short 15-minute drive from the airport to Leeward Marina, followed by a relaxing 35-minute boat transfer to the island.

Accommodation: Divided between the 31 garden-view and 11 ocean-view rooms in the main resort and an assortment of villas farther from the center, designed to maximize comfort and natural light, these spacious rooms make Turks and Caicos island hotel stand out. Terrace Room, Garden View Rooms, Ocean Facing Rooms three of them the size of 57 sq. m; COMO Suites are: 120 sq. m. have a separate living room, bedroom and two bathrooms, as well as cozy sofas, a dining table. Restaurant and bars: Each morning at Parrot Cay starts in the Terrace Restaurant with an island breakfast. In Lotus the poolside restaurant serves Caribbean-inspired dishes and Asian-style dinners. Both restaurants have their own bars; Terrace Bar is located adjacent to the top lobby and features ocean views, and Lotus Bar is quite cool due to breezy trade winds and is located by the pool with comfy sofas. COMO Shambhala also provides a menu featuring healthful cuisine and vegetarian dishes for guests disinclined to give in to all temptation while on vacation.
